Many products on the market now are flooded with harsh chemicals. These chemicals can cause various problems for the user. Using products that do not contain these fillers is not only better and gentler for for you, but better for the planet as well. When natural products are farmed fewer chemicals are put out into the environment. Natural products come straight from the earth and are not made in a lab hence why we call them “real” products. Keep in mind what works for some may not work for others so it’s always best to find a product that works for YOUR skin and we’re here to help!

While all of our products are all natural not all of them are organic as well. If an item is organic it will always display that in the description.

All of our products are all natural but they are not all vegan. If an item is vegan it will always display that in the product description.

While we do not tailor our items to be exclusively gluten free, all ingredients will be displayed in the product descriptions so that you may check over them and see what best fits your needs.

Our products do not contain any artificial dyes or fragrances.

Here are some quick tips on caring for your items:

- Keep your bar soap in a place that allows for draining so it can dry completely between each use.

- Read all candle warnings on the bottom of their tins.

- Each blanket comes with a care card but if it has been misplaced please refer to the blanket description for refreshers.

If an item you want is sold out please be patient with us as we will always restock signature items. If a seasonal item is sold out, it is likely that it will not restock until next season.

Every package comes with a receipt.

You may edit your order and/or address within 24 hours if it has not already been processed and shipped. To do this you will need to reach out to our customer service team with your oder number and your requests.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that these changes can be made prior to be fulfilled. Once an order is fulfilled we cannot edit it or change the address.

Shipping Information

The Hive Apothecary currently offers free shipping in the US on all orders over $150. Gift cards do not count towards free shipping as they are not physical cards that are shipped.

Your cart total must be $150 or more to qualify for free shipping.

All orders under $150 are given the exact shipping price by USPS based on weight and location.

We are currently shipping out orders in 3-5 business days. Please note that this time does not include transit time with the carrier. Our turn-around time will always be stated on the banner at the top of the home page.

We offer expedited shipping via USPS at checkout. This does not include our 3-5 business day turn-around time but only the time it takes for your to receive it after it has been picked up by the carrier.

We are not able to combine orders to ship them together. If you'd like to cancel your open orders (as long as they have not been processed and fulfilled) to make one large order please reach out to customer service within the 24 hour window of the earliest order.

We do ship internationally at the buyers own expense. Meaning the buyer is responsible for all taxes and duties if they should happen to have them, when the package is delivered.

If your package is not delivered in 3 weeks from the shipment date, please reach out to the carrier (USPS) and our customer service team. Unfortunately we do not have control on when and how fast packages are delivered once they are picked up by the carrier.

Return Information

You may return unused items (except FINAL SALE items) within 15 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs unless items are defective or damaged. Please click here to view our whole return policy.

You may exchange unopened/unused blankets for other colors. However we cannot accept exchanges for bar soaps or candles due to sanitary reasons.

If your item arrived damaged or defective we will be glad to help you replace it. Please reach out to our customer service team with pictures of the defect and your proof of purchase.
