Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
We will gladly accept returns and offer an exchange if the item(s) you received are damaged.
Contact us within 15 days of delivery.
Ship item(s) back within: 25 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.
Unless items arrive damaged or defective we do not accept returns for bar soaps and candles due to sanitary reasons.
Conditions of Returns
Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs and will be responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
